Habit Forming! I Challenge you

Feel free to download and print this. I am putting it on my fridge with my Fridge List, which I will explain later.

I am starting a challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to join me. I am challenging myself to change one habit in the next three weeks. 21 days starting on Monday. My challenge is to walk every single one of those days. I want to make moving everyday a habit. You don't have to use the same habit, however I would love it if you picked something and joined me. There may even be a prize in it for you. I will have to work out the details but I am really loving the idea of a contest.

So, who is with me?

Happy Training,
Love Jenn

Jenn, I was actually thinking about trying to run every day. I've been racking up the long runs, but they've been very infrequent, and then today I did a short 3 miler and felt great. Count me in and I'll try to do at least 1 mile every day!

That's awesome! Welcome to my challenge. I will have to work out the details of the contest now that I actually have someone else participating with me.

I'll join in. I've got the movement/exercise part down, but my eating habits have gone to hell lately. So, for the next 21 days, I'm going to not drink sodas (a habit I recently re-started, sigh) and get back to drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day. Thanks for helping me get motivated!

I am in! This is perfect timing...I have been consistantly GAINING weight the more I run...I can't cut out the sweets! With it being Halloween time it's even worse. My goal is to lose 5 pounds the next 21 days. I didn't weigh myself this morning (due to my fantastic weekend of eating) but I will tomorrow and will send you the numbers to keep me honest! Thanks for motivating me!
